Bookings fewer than 15 people can be made online directly through our self-serve ticketing system but anything special (we do it all) can be done with an events coordinator.

You are welcome to walk-in for a booking, too, but we can't guarantee space in the venue. We highly recommend booking online in advance.

This is a largely self-guided experience, and a Potion Master is assigned for safety (and fun).

This Potion Master will be assigned to a section of tables, and is there to make sure you are on the right track and to provide your party with key equipment and materials at different stages.

Expect to share your table with other people.

Potion making is a collaborative activity, and it is very likely that your party will be sat across from a group at your table that you may not know (yet).

After all, a stranger is just a friend you haven't met yet.

Gratuity/Service Charge is not included in the ticket cost purchased online.

Post-experience, a detailed bill showing a suggested and optional 20% Gratuity (USA) or 12% Service Charge (UK) for our magical staff's exceptional service will be presented, adjustable to suit your satisfaction.

Large groups may have Gratuity/Service Charge automatically applied.

1 magic wand will be provided for every 3 guests.

These are wands-to-borrow, and an ID or payment card maybe held to ensure that our wand arrives back to us in one piece. Wands have feelings too, so be gentle!

Adult Ticket: for people above the legal drinking age. Includes alcohol with the Potions Experience.

Student Tickets: for people below the legal drinking age and with a valid student ID. DOES NOT include alcohol with the Potions Experience.

Child Ticket: for people below the legal drinking age and above age 5. DOES NOT include alcohol with the Potions Experience.

All Adult Tickets are for people above the legal drinking age and include the option to add alcohol to any of your potions.

Alcohol is completely optional and not required to complete any of your potions, and you can can choose to do any of your potions without alcohol at any point.

All Adult Tickets are for people above the legal drinking age (21+ in the USA and 18+ in the UK).

Child Tickets are for people below the legal drinking age until age 5. Child Tickets are only available during specific day and time slots, as outlined on each venue page.

Children under the age of 5 are not permitted in the venue for Potion Making. Time to conjure up a babysitter!

Potion Making is both gluten-free and vegan-friendly. No need to tell us in advance, as we design our interactive potions with this in mind.
